“Everyone ar Wilson HVAC was incredible to work with. They were able to come out quickly for an emergency over Christmas weekend, the tech worked on and diagnosed my boiler quickly. They gave me several options of varying cost and didn't push a sale, just gave me direct information.When I decided on a new boiler they jumped into action and had me back up and running as soon as they could, even dealing with burst pipes as they presented themselves.They even offered to drop off space heaters to get me through the weekend until they coulg get everything installed.I won't hesitate to call them again if needed.“

“Short: Extremely diagnostic, ethical, professional, communicative, and competitive rates.The long:We had a low pressure gas leak at our home. Not the full blown emergency that other gas leaks could be but something that needed to be fixed for sure. We contacted our usual HVAC company and they said they couldn't touch it if it was outside of the furnace. So they called in their associated plumbing partners and they gave us an astronomical quote with subpar replacement materials. We got a second opinion and they had a much more reasonable quote but gave me the answer of "we don't know until we open it up".Then we called Rol. Jerry and Michael arrived. They were obviously competent which is more than we could say about the first group. They gave us multiple options for service and repair with excellent education about the options for each. And to top it all off, they actually offered to open up the wall and ceiling just a bit for a small cost to actually diagnosis the problem. So instead of bidding thousands of dollars and "we will see when we open it up" they actually got their hands a little dirty to mitigate surprises. Turns out when they opened it up there were some less than adequate work done in the past at multiple points. They were able to give us multiple options. We got all of the work done for the peace of mind. The work looks wonderful. They were very clear on what was covered in the quote and what was not covered in the quote. Both Jerry and Michael were there again to do the work with employee named Zach. They were all professional and proficient.We were on a monthly plan with our previous HVAC people and now we are cancelling that and switching to ROL as they are more comprehensive and obviously have excellent ethics. I am picky about who does work on my house. Next time I am just calling ROL with no second opinion needed.“
