My husband called Wilson HVAC at 9:30pm and had a response back within an hour, and at 10:30 at night, no less. He was able to come out to assist the very next day (yesterday), which was phenomenal, especially considering he was coming out less than 24 hours after we reached out! My father just had open heart surgery and is living with us during his medical recovery, and our air conditioner wasnt able to cool our home. I found Wilson HVAC to be very professional. I had a mini split installed. The installers arrived on time and were easy to work with. I later had a plumbing issue and when I called in a panic, someone arrived to look at/repair it the same day. When the hot water heater went out the day before an Open House to sell my place, they again got someone over, determined the correct unit, located one and got it installed by that evening. If I hadn't moved, I'd still be calling them for service! Great quality people and company!!
