I was originally told by another company that my furnace needed to be completely replaced, which was a pretty stressful and expensive recommendation. Wanting to get a second opinion I called Knight Heating and Air Conditioning, and I’m really glad I did.
Ken came out and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, explain what was actually going on, and walk me through what to look for in a way that was easy to understand. Above and beyond my expectations! Superior quality workmanship. Ken made sure everything was to code, even a gas valve on my older water heater, and a hood cover on the existing flue pipe.
Jill took care of all the rebate papers marked where I needed to sign with an envelope pre-addressed postage paid. Top notch and very professional.

Do NOT look anywhere else! Ken installed an air conditioner at our home in 2006 and 19 years later-it is still running! He also installed a water heater and furnace in 2023 and we have had no issues.
