Short: Extremely diagnostic, ethical, professional, communicative, and competitive rates.The long:We had a low pressure gas leak at our home. Not the full blown emergency that other gas leaks could be but something that needed to be fixed for sure. We contacted our usual HVAC company and they said they couldn't touch it if it was outside of the furnace. So they called in their associated plumbing partners and they gave us an astronomical quote with subpar replacement materials. We've been with Rol Air for years. They're always friendly, patient, punctual, informative and our technicians have been diligent in making sure we get what we pay for with our membership. When I compare pricing for the services which keep our appliances tuned up, and running well, the membership pays for itself a few times over. They're a great team of good people who have always made us feel like we are a priority when we call them with concerns. They're serious about guaranteeing their work, too.
