“I was extremely impressed by Lejla's professionalism and willing to explain everything to me. I got an overwhelming trust from her. Not to mention her and her husband's company was the only one working on Friday, apparently most people take off Fridays in this kind of business. I will do more of a review after the work is done.

I had to have perfect temp Heating and Cooling come out to my home yesterday because I swore there was something wrong with the thermostat or the unit itself. It turns out that nothing is wrong with it, it was just the two week stretch of 90 plus degrees outside we had. I believe the gentleman's name was Scott that came out to my house, and he was so informative and so nice. I would highly recommend these guys if you need a new air conditioning unit or furnace.”

Wilson HVAC Company

“My husband called Wilson HVAC at 9:30pm and had a response back within an hour, and at 10:30 at night, no less. He was able to come out to assist the very next day (yesterday), which was phenomenal, especially considering he was coming out less than 24 hours after we reached out! My father just had open heart surgery and is living with us during his medical recovery, and our air conditioner wasnt able to cool our home. Everyone was sweating, uncomfortable, and overly heated, which concerned me, for my Dad. I was hoping for an urgent visit from an HVAC company due to the circumstances, but I didn't even have to explain our situation or ask for urgent visit, because Wilson HVAC was so prompt. When he came, he discussed repairs and cost before proceeding with the work. But also, my unit needed freon and due to the age of our unit, they no longer make it. However, Wilson just happened to have some stocked in his truck, which was amazing. The air conditioner is actually cooling our home now, and we are much more comfortable. He also offered to provide a quote for air conditioner replacement next year, due to age and condition of our current one. He helped fix our issue to get us through the rest of this summer, rather than try to push upselling a new unit immediately, even though we need one, which I sincerely appreciate. I am grateful for the service assistance, and appreciate having an upfront estimate on the bill we expect to receive, along with new unit quote. Big thank you to Wilson HVAC!”
