Dan came out last year when we had a severe bat issue in our garage attic. The initial visit was $550 but he completely safely and effectively moved the bats, and his work was if he'd never been here. In spring of 2020 he returns for a $175 charge and makes sure that there are no cracks or holes for any wildlife to return ir enter our home. Its seems pricy at first, but he was the lowest bid and he is friendly, prompt, and professional.We also had a muskrat show up under our deck in March of 2020. I called him to see what to do. He told us to simply keep the pups in the house overnight and it would leave. He did not charge for a service call or advice. I will always be calling Dan and his services and pay the small yearly fee to keep our home safe from wildlife. Hes great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had our little Yorkie Shiloh Rei in for a haircut with Grace today, and she did a beautiful job! We asked her to cut it as short as she could to both keep her cool, free of weeds and to prevent it from getting in her eyes...because it makes her eyes water. We were so incredibly impressed with the amazing job Grace did.

Jason and his crew did a fantastic job on our house. After hail damage we needed a new roof and siding. Jason met with us, explained the process and steps that would be taken and took care of everything from there on out. Met with inspectors and handled everything with the insurance company. Highly recommend this company to anyone. On relatively short notice around the holidays, Jason managed to fit us into his schedule to install a radon mitigation system in our home. As others have noted, communication was timely and professional, the work performed was top quality, with very minimal disturbance to the house, and cost was quite reasonable. Post-mitigation testing showed the installation was very successful in reducing radon levels. Thankful we chose Air-Source Radon for this work!

We recently purchased a home built by Progressive Builders. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the home—it feels well built, clean, and thoughtfully finished. During the final walk-through, the Pro Builders representative took the time to go through the house with us and our agent, carefully explaining details we might need to know and reviewing all of the warranty paperwork to ensure everything was in order.
The only issue we noticed is that a few wall and ceiling joints have less-than-perfect mud and taping work. These areas are minor and not in highly visible places, but worth noting.
Overall, Progressive Builders delivered a solid home, and the buying experience was smooth and well-supported.

Update (Nov 30, 2025): Still a great team—friendly, efficient front desk and nurses. Dr. Nabeel Ailabouni continues to be outstanding: listens, explains clearly, and follows up fast on MyChart. His team has really helped me overcome some insurance challenges as well. I always feel heard and well cared for. Big Lake’s lucky to have this clinic.

This is by far the best vet I have ever been to. One of our favorite employees is Jordan. She is compassionate and truly cares about every animal that comes through the door as well as the owner. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!! They're the best!!
