“The tech was very knowledgeable and polite. He even put on little booties over his work boots. He looked at both issues and gave me great recommendations. He said our pressure tank was starting to go out but said it will go a bit longer. He didn't pressure me to replace it now. He said he will work on a quote and if the company can install it to call them back. He asked a couple of times if there was anything else he could check while he was here. I did ask about some faucets and he assured me they were fine. He even gave me tips on DIY projects! Very nice. The only downside today was their large window of arrival time. But everything worked out.“

“I recently bought a home in the area and wanted to find a local reliable HVAC company to install a garage heater. Ken, who came out explained my options, and didn't try to upsell me things I don't need.
The installation went smoothly and I am happy with it ever since. I have had them install a mini-split AC as well after winter, which went just as well.

“I waited a long time to find out why when I opened the inside valve water gushed down the inside wall and not to the outside faucet. I suspected a burst pipe which was the fault of the previous owners had not shut off the water properly. It requires leaving the outside open and shutting the inside closed. Simply turn it off at the outside faucet leaving water in the line. This is recipe for disaster in Minnesota.

Within three days Christian was out and found two areas with burst pipe in the line. He corrected the problem changed the slope. Even showed me where the bleed valve on the inside shut was to further evacuate water during the winter shutdown. Professional. I could not be happier with the results.“
