“We have been customers for eleven years. Although they are not the lease expensive pet care in town, I think they are worth it. Staff is professional, friendly and has assisted me at every turn. Their website has many tips and seasonal reminders. Even when we are away for part of the year, they are responsive and follow through with what they say they are going to do. Can't imagine going anywhere else!“

“Best vet in the area for exotics! I take both my rabbits and my birds here. A few days ago, I woke up to my rabbit Olive not wanting her breakfast. This is extremely unusual for her. She didn't even want a treat, which is when I knew something was absolutely wrong. So without hesitation, I called all creatures, and they had a cancelation and were able to get me in. The doctor and the staff truly go out of their way to make you feel like they truly care about your fur baby. When we walked in, there was a sign welcoming Olive. The little things like that are why I love this vet so much. To add, the doctor was very gentle and throughout along with the techs. They did an amazing job, and a few days later my baby Olive is back to herself! I truly want to say thank you to the doctor that day! Without her, my baby might not be okay right now. One last thing, this place has amazing prices! Once I got the final bill, I was surprised at how cheap it was! Overall, I am thankful to have found this place. “I took my rabbit here for the first time, and even though my rabbit was in a horrible mood, the vet was still able to do what needed to get done! I am so pleased with that. There was a few other pets I got to see come in and I feel bad that Daffodil was so grumpy because every other pet was on their best behavior. We didn't have to wait for a room, intake was simple, and paying the deposit at time of scheduling was perfect as they put the deposit towards your first visit. Will be coming back!“

“Our 14 year old dog has a very aggressive bone cancer. She had a full leg and shoulder amputation to remove the tumor and affected bone. The surgeon is very skilled at what she does. Our dog is now receiving chemo and taking the treatment very well. She is very happy, active and no longer in pain.“

“I took my cats Murmur and Floof there at different times. Murmur was born with a heart murmur. Noah's helped her stay healthy while monitoring her condition. Eventually it caught up to her and she passed peacefully in my arms. Noahs sent a card shortly after expressing their condolences. Floof kept chewing on her tail. They figured it out and she was back to herself a few weeks later. Doc and staff are very professional and courteous.“

“Showed up the day i called him. Gave my goat multiple necessary injections. Has an entire mobile vet setup , was quite impressive. Suggested we also deworm myOther goat (who had no symptoms ) and even helped me catch her lol which was no quick or easy task. Then he even went out of his way to listen to my dogs heartMurmur after he was paid and done w his visit. Very affordable too! 11/10.“

“I can’t say enough good things about this office and especially Dr. Dukes. My puppy was neutered here, and the next day his incision opened after he managed to lick it when I wasn’t in the room. I called right away, emailed a photo as requested, and they got back to me quickly and told me to bring him in the same day, even though it was two days before Christmas.

Dr. Dukes and her team took the situation seriously and got him seen right away. They put him back under, re-stitched the incision, and made sure he was properly cared for. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Dukes was calm, professional, and incredibly compassionate. She was also very understanding of the situation and even gave me a discount and antibiotics at a very fair price, which I truly appreciated.
What could have been a very stressful experience during an already busy time of year was handled with such kindness, clear communication, and urgency. I felt completely confident that my puppy was in excellent hands and that Dr. Dukes genuinely cares about her patients and their owners. I am extremely grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend Dr. Dukes and her office to anyone looking for a skilled, responsive, and compassionate veterinarian.“
