CCAH has been great to me and my dogs. My first dog Maximo had severe heart failure and required frequent visits before he finally passed away. It was always easy to get timely appointments and the staff were incredibly caring. He had really bad anxiety at every other vet we had been to before moving to Ann Arbor, but he was always relaxed at CCAH.
My new dog Matilda also loves this practice. She gets plenty of treats and pets. Attached is a picture of her patiently waiting for staff to come back into the room so she can get more attention.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Forbes and everyone at Compassionate Care Animal Hospital in Ann Arbor.
My dog, Feta, became sick unexpectedly, and although this is not my primary veterinary office due to the distance from my home in Ohio, they were able to fit her in on very short notice when my regular veterinarian could not get her scheduled for imaging until the following week. We adopted a cat who had a complicated medical history, and Compassionate Care has been wonderful. The pulse wave therapy worked wonders for our kitty who had her hip joint removed, a messed up ankle (on the other side!) and a broken pelvis. I was skeptical of the treatment, honestly, but not any more! It really helped our little girl, who is now living her best life!
