“I am so thankful Ann answered the phone this morning! My little kitty girl hasn't ate in 3 days… she was lethargic and collapsed this morning. I made an appointment at a nearby animal hospital with great reviews (wont say any names) that was apparently the wrong day. I took the day off work and showed up with my poor sick kitty and they told me my appointment was next week could not get me in. I left in tears and in the parking lot called the next closest animal hospital.. Ann answered! She got us right in and we seen Dr Nick which was caring and kind. Although the address may have changed, the treatment is always the same. “This was our second opinion on our dog surgery. Surgery was explained well. Appointment was scheduled within our time frame. Home care after also explained. Follow up call the next day regarding any further questions. We are still in the healing period. However, all seems to be fine at home. Macy is resting, sleeping and healing as expected.“

“I took my new cat baby here today for his neutering appointment and they got me in sooner than I expected for way cheaper than any other place other than the humane society. The customer service here was by far the best of any veterinary clinic I’ve been to in the area, not only do they understand the emotional needs of our pets they understand how emotional the pet moms and dads can be and know how to handle this without being rude. This will be my new vet for all 4 of my cat babies. I re over exceptional service today in a timely manner and my kitty is also happy and doing well after his procedure.“
