“I have used John a few times. The first time it was to treat carpenter ants in my garage. He responded quickly and he was there the next day! Carpenter ants were gone! He most recently came to my house and sprayed the whole yard for ants and mosquitoes and that was successful as well, no surprise though. Last night I had ants entering my house and I completely freaked out and John talked to me after hours and explained what needed ti be done. He was to my house by 7:30am and sprayed inside. “This company did a great job for me. I had springtails on my kitchen counter. Another exterminating company told me there was nothing that would get rid of them. Randy from Grand Rapids Pest Control was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained the problem was from mulch too close to the house. He sprayed once and the springtails were much reduced in number, then he came out and sprayed again. For over a month now, I have not had any of these annoying little insects in my kitchen. I am very happy. I will ask for Randy again for any other exterminating problems. Thank you!“

“I contacted the 800 number at 9:30 PM for a visit the following morning for an inspection. I found what I thought we bedbugs in my home. The next morning Trent and his trainy came. They identified the infestation as bedbugs immediately. How are they then inspected the rest of the house to see if they might have spread. The scheduler was out that day for them to fumigate. However, Mitch, the supervisor came while the normal exterminator schedule was completely full for the next week and a half. Mitch came out assessed the situation and eliminated the infestation for us. Service I got was excellent. And Mitch or someone else from his team will be out to do the follow-up in the next week and a half. Couldn't be happier with my service.“

“We live in the Big rapids area and I do believe our service comes out of the Grandville office. Several years ago we started with TruGreen at the suggestion of our neighbor as we struggled to keep our lawn in good order. The first season was rough we struggled with weeds burnt grass and it never looked quite like our neighbors. Our neighbor suggested we contact TruGreen and ask for Matt McNeil to service our yard as well as we had different lawn specialists. TruGreen granted this request and our lawn quickly transformed. Over the years of Matt servicing our lawn he would take time to educate me if I was home and what he did and why he was doing it if I had specific concerns he would ensure that they were taken care of. As the years passed those quick conversations about the yard turned into conversations about family work and many other things. Matt made it a point to stop and have a quick conversation if he knew I was home to tell me what he was doing why he was doing it and to ask about family. A few years ago Matt switched over to the commercial side and informed us that he would no longer be serving the residential aspect of TruGreen. We were devastated and have struggled with our lawn since. However I reached out to Matt he provided suggestions on things to request from TruGreen and we have since seen great improvement in our lawn. Every now and then I seen Matt out servicing commercial lots, I miss those conversations I miss the care and concern that he had for our lawn and our family. While he is missed as our lawn specialist and friend I know that the business community is is thriving in their lawn care because he is taking care of them.
