“We’re very happy with our experience here. I called to see if they were accepting new pets, and they were able to get me in only a few weeks later. Even better, I was able to take all 3 of my cats at the same time. It made it very convenient. The vet we saw was very knowledgeable, and walked us through everything he was checking. They also took extra steps to make our cats more comfortable and relaxed, which was appreciated. Anyway, highly recommend them. This is definitely our new place to go!“

“After visiting 2 other vets in the area and getting no answers to why my baby wasn't eating properly and losing weight. After the doctors thorough exam and thoughtfully listening to what was going on. She can tell right away by examining his neck the way hes swallowing hes uncomfotable..intuitive yes,, experience. Yes. next says xray in order first then do one lab that wasn't included in the 2 previous visits. Unfortunately the xray said it all. Very thoughtful kind and compassionate through the whole tragic ordeal. Not to mention the first doctor HAD done an xray.. 4 months previously and did NOT see anything abnormal?? Thank you North Hill for your skill and humanity. RIP my baby“
“I started coming here mid pandemic when my boy had to have a post emergency follow up. Being at the worst possible time our regular vet couldn't see him for weeks. CC squeezed us in and we're super caring. Now I've been happy with them since, but last November we had a rough go and had to put my fairly young cat down. The staff was so supportive and kind even hugging me, at the time I got a letter with her paw print stamped inside which was so touching. It's now February and I got a letter in the mail today from an animal veterinary research organization telling me that CC made a donation in my girl's name. They didn't tell me they were going to do that and I found it extremely touching that they did this.“

“My cat Willow has been seeing Dr Duncan for 6-7 yrs for cardiomyopathy (life expectancy about 1 yr) she suddenly went into cimplete heart failure, she spent the night at the emergency vet, but OAH allowed me to make an early am appt for the next day. We brought her in, she had to see a new vet since it was Dr Duncan's surgery day, but she was able to talk to him and we all decided she was "ok" but needed close minitoring. When he got out of surgery Dr Duncan called to check on her, but unfortunately we were back at the emergency vet where we lost her. A few days later when they were notified Dr Duncan called to tell me how sorry they were and offer condolences....not a huge deal, but something he didn't have to do and made me feel that he cared about my baby and understood how hard it was for us to lose her.“

“Update:Yesterday, we had to make a hard decision to let our beloved elder cat pass over the rainbow bridge. The team responded to my late night inquiry first thing in the morning and were able to squeeze us in. Dr. savage and her team were extremely professional, kind, and patient with us every step of the way.Original review:Always excellent. Took two kittens here for spay and neuter, and routine check ups as needed. Super clean facility and professional. I had gone to others to save a few bucks but the quality of service is not comparable for my babies. Goodison care and emergency network is worth every penny. They also offer delivery services via third party for specialty food and pharmaceuticals, as you would with chewy.“

“Dr. Yee and her staff have taken excellent care of our fur babies (cats & dogs) whenever an issue arose. She is also very good at explaining the diagnosis and recommended course of treatment. The whole staff has been very understanding and accommodating with scheduling. I have also found the cost to be reasonable.“
“Dr. Marilyn, Julie, and the rest of the staff are absolutely the best. Our kitten, Terra, had special needs. She was FeLV positive and, early on, the prognosis was very grim. Dr. Marilyn helped us nurse her back to good health and we ultimately were granted 9 wonderful years with her, which was almost unthinkable at the beginning.We will always be thankful and gracious for everything St. Francis did to give our girl a long, happy life.“

The vet took her time with us explaining everything thoroughly in regards to her vaccine, her ear infection, flea and tick prevention.....even sent us home with tons of reading materials and free bag of puppy food...lol.“

“You wouldn't know it but it's the nicest Vet that I've been to. They get me in fast, take care of businesses and seem to love my animals like their own. I have friends who drive over an hour for this veterinarian. Also a hidden gem for emergencies. Only tell close friends about this place because it's kind of a secret I'm telling you.“
