My cat had a major life-saving surgery at Wilson’s ER this summer, and he was taken well care of. He had to stay there for about two weeks due to some issues, but they never gave up on him (unlike another pet ER, which suggested euthanasia). He’s now feeling great again! Their prices were fair (all emergency vet’s are expensive), and I never felt they were trying to take financial advantage of the situation. Some people in the waiting room were complaining about long wait times, and this is true, but once you’re in the back room you’re treated like gold. The staff were extremely pleasant and easy to work with. I feel that Wilson’s deserve my 5 stars! Special thanks to Dr. Ross and her team for never giving up on my cat, even when things looked grim, and to Dr. Dawn Kabacinski who is very knowledgeable and went out of her way to help with aftercare.
Our girl needed surgery, she was diagnosed with pyometra and needed surgery as soon as possible, she was not as active as herself and noticeable bloat.
Wilson is our go to emergency vet even though it's a hike from our hometown ,but the service is worth it, the staff were so nice , our girl Goulash has social anxiety, but the staff managed to handle her easily, she was calm during the tests done to her. I was very worried when she needed surgery but the Vet Techs and Dr. assured us that all is going to be well and that they will look after our girl, that helps the owner a lot in worrying times.
