We’re very happy with our experience here. I called to see if they were accepting new pets, and they were able to get me in only a few weeks later. Even better, I was able to take all 3 of my cats at the same time. It made it very convenient. The vet we saw was very knowledgeable, and walked us through everything he was checking. They also took extra steps to make our cats more comfortable and relaxed, which was appreciated. Anyway, highly recommend them. This is definitely our new place to go!

The comparison to our previous vet is like night and day! I am so super-impressed with the office staff, the techs, and the doctor. We definitely made the right choice by switching over to your care. You make our two puppies happy and our family feel at ease and confident they are receiving the best care possible. We had no idea this was an animal clinic run by Unicorns!

I’ve always had a great experience whenever I had to take my cats Panther and Tommy to see Dr. Barta at Veterinary General. Last time I went there, it was a potential emergency with a new kitten I had just adopted. I called them and even though they were fully booked and Tommy was a new patient, Gail the receptionist was very nice and empathetic of the situation, went above and beyond and she said they would call me as soon as they had any availability and she actually did it! She called me the next day to bring Tommy and Dr.Berta saw him and correctly diagnosed him and prescribed an eye ointment that helped my cat.
