Everyone I dealt with at Cat Care was amazing! All three of my cats came to me as strays at different times. Two adjusted well, but Eli, #3, has been a challenge. My regular vet was at a loss and couldn't help me. Although Eli loves me, he has a Jekyll- Hyde personality in addition to other issues. I know some people would choose to euthanize him, but the Cat Care staff understood that I can't give up yet. They were understanding, kind, and gentle to a very terrified, angry cat. They knew just what to do. I am very relieved to know that they will continue to help me help Eli.
I had a great experience with Cat Care of Rochester Hills. Our cat Charlie was not feeling well and I called for an appointment. I was able to get an appointment the next day. They were very throrough with his examination and explained to me in detail what his problem probably was. I was given medication and now three days he is back to normal! A big thanks to the entire staff.
Have been using Cat Care for many years for our three cats. The staff is wonderful toward each one of our kitties including my oldest cat who has quite the crabby personality. The staff is always patient and loving with her. Cat Care is the only place I trust for the care of our cats!
