Brought my new cat in for the first time and this place was very welcoming. Great staff and professional. Pricing wasn’t too steep either. Would def recommend if you’ve got a pet and in the area.

This was by far the best veterinary experience I’ve ever had. After years of never feeling completely satisfied with previous vets, I finally found a veterinarian who truly goes above and beyond.
Dr. Richmond you are incredible and absolutely the best with my dog, Silvio, who has severe anxiety. Vet visits are usually very stressful for him, but Dr. Richmond was so patient, kind, and compassionate from the moment we arrived. She took the time to earn his trust by giving him treats throughout the exam and even got down on the floor to examine him so he would feel more comfortable. I am extremely picky about who I trust with my pets because they are family, and their care means everything to me. I’ve been taking my 20-year-old cat to Dr. Kuiper, and my most recent visit completely reinforced why I trust him so much.
My cat developed another infected cyst. The last time this happened, it was a very difficult experience for him, and I didn’t want to put my 20-year-old cat through that again. I talked with Dr. Kuiper about my concerns and asked whether removing the cyst with a local anesthetic might be an option, to prevent the vicious cycle of a consistently infected cyst.
