Update:Yesterday, we had to make a hard decision to let our beloved elder cat pass over the rainbow bridge. The team responded to my late night inquiry first thing in the morning and were able to squeeze us in. Dr. savage and her team were extremely professional, kind, and patient with us every step of the way.Original review:Always excellent. Took two kittens here for spay and neuter, and routine check ups as needed. Super clean facility and professional. I had gone to others to save a few bucks but the quality of service is not comparable for my babies. Goodison care and emergency network is worth every penny. Professional and caring in the treatment of my aging dog. Made suggestions to make her quality of life much better. I really appreciate how clean and well-kept the facility is. The receptionists are polite and kind.

This was our first time at Goodison, and it was such a great visit. A room was ready when we got there for our appointment, the vet tech was nice and patient, and Dr. Potocki checked my pup for all the concerns/issues I mentioned to the technician and she went over all of it with me. This was the best experience we’ve had a veterinary office.
