She does a great job of walking you through care for your pet and is exceptionally calm in high stress situations.The vet techs are also incredibly efficient here. They make sure that your pet is comfortable while they're performing their tests and procedures. Most of my pets appointments have been with Vet techs and we are rarely ever waiting long.And lastly the clerks are really nice and very friendly people.I'm so lucky to have a veterinarian practice that's very close to my house and has such high quality of human beings working at it.Highly recommend to everyone in the area.“

“After visiting 2 other vets in the area and getting no answers to why my baby wasn't eating properly and losing weight. After the doctors thorough exam and thoughtfully listening to what was going on. She can tell right away by examining his neck the way hes swallowing hes uncomfotable..intuitive yes,, experience. Yes. next says xray in order first then do one lab that wasn't included in the 2 previous visits. Unfortunately the xray said it all. Very thoughtful kind and compassionate through the whole tragic ordeal. Not to mention the first doctor HAD done an xray.. 4 months previously and did NOT see anything abnormal?? Thank you North Hill for your skill and humanity. RIP my baby“
“The staff are friendly and professional. I've only recently found this vet but am impressed. She has seen the 2 pets that were an emergency the day I called. She sees exotics. That makes her a doctor I will be using for my MANY pets.“
“I started coming here mid pandemic when my boy had to have a post emergency follow up. Being at the worst possible time our regular vet couldn't see him for weeks. CC squeezed us in and we're super caring. Now I've been happy with them since, but last November we had a rough go and had to put my fairly young cat down. The staff was so supportive and kind even hugging me, at the time I got a letter with her paw print stamped inside which was so touching. It's now February and I got a letter in the mail today from an animal veterinary research organization telling me that CC made a donation in my girl's name. They didn't tell me they were going to do that and I found it extremely touching that they did this.“

“My cat Willow has been seeing Dr Duncan for 6-7 yrs for cardiomyopathy (life expectancy about 1 yr) she suddenly went into cimplete heart failure, she spent the night at the emergency vet, but OAH allowed me to make an early am appt for the next day. We brought her in, she had to see a new vet since it was Dr Duncan's surgery day, but she was able to talk to him and we all decided she was "ok" but needed close minitoring. When he got out of surgery Dr Duncan called to check on her, but unfortunately we were back at the emergency vet where we lost her. A few days later when they were notified Dr Duncan called to tell me how sorry they were and offer condolences....not a huge deal, but something he didn't have to do and made me feel that he cared about my baby and understood how hard it was for us to lose her.“

“This man saved my dog from parvo when all the five star vets wanted me to kill my dog this man also saved my wallet because he cared more about the dog than money the nurses even got a little upset he didn't care he wanted to see my dog live and he did just that so thank you to all the people who work here and the other location thank you so much duke is now 6months and couldn't be more happy“

The team responded to my late night inquiry first thing in the morning and were able to squeeze us in. Dr. savage and her team were extremely professional, kind, and patient with us every step of the way.Original review:Always excellent. Took two kittens here for spay and neuter, and routine check ups as needed. Super clean facility and professional. I had gone to others to save a few bucks but the quality of service is not comparable for my babies. Goodison care and emergency network is worth every penny. They also offer delivery services via third party for specialty food and pharmaceuticals, as you would with chewy.“

“We had recently moved to the area and I had not yet found a new vet for my dog when he suddenly became ill the week of Thanksgiving. My dog is quite old so naturally I was quite worried that the time had come for me to have to make a very hard decision about his care moving forward. This thought created some anxiety for me and I’m sure it showed in my shaky voice and rambling of thought I was expressing in just the phone call to see if he could even get an appointment on such short notice. The front desk staff was so incredibly kind and compassionate and did not hesitate to schedule my dog an appointment. Further, the care we received from the rest of the staff, as well as from the doctor during the appointment was excellent. I couldn’t be more happy with the experience we had and the care we received from the first phone call all the way through to the completion of the appointment. My dog is happy and healthy and so are we!“
