Dr Hicks is outstanding. My cat is petrified of the vet. Dr hicks makes sure anytime she sees Thistle to be kind and gentle. The team there is outstanding and is one of the reasons I continue to come back.
My golden retriever Jake, has had his share of experiences with ear infections. They got me in quickly for him to be seen this time and diagnosed and prescribed the medication needed. His infections seem to get bad really quickly, so getting him in quickly is very important. I had to wait awhile, but they let me know ahead of time, so it worked out well. He is starting to feel better within 24 hours. Thank you !
Dr. Hicks and team at RVH has been wonderful with our dog Cole. They always respond back to calls and emails quickly. Cole recently was neutered and the team at RVH has done a great job with pre-surgery, and post-surgery follow-ups. I would highly recommend Rochester Vetinary Hospital.
