“Dr Shencopp is wonderful. She is so caring and great with the animals. Unfortunately I had to put my old baby down. They make it a very touching situation. It's a special room and her great techs are also there for support. I was able to lay with her on the carpet floor and she was on soft bedding too. I was crying and holding her when it happened. “The staff were excellent. I would have liked to have been notified that Dr. Seferi was no longer there. All of the prices have gone up and now you charge a sanitation fee per pet. Might have to search for a place more affordable.“
