Victoria undid 3 years of learned behavior in 10 days. He no longer pulls on our walks. He listens and is much more obedient and much calmer. He is a pure joy to be with and I love him even more. I can’t thank Victoria enough for the amazing transformation of my guy.“

Through their support, we learned all about the ins and outs of consent-based training and various ways to keep Clem engaged while learning to feel confident in herself as she leans into her new environment.Baby is now 6 months old and Clem has blown us away with how wonderful, gentle, and sweet she is with him. Our bond with Clementine is stronger than ever and she is thriving as the our family rock! We are teaching our child to respect her space, and the two have been coexisting so sweetly as a result.Thank you, Ash, for teaching us some foundational skills on how to make our home a safe and happy space for both Clementine and her new little brother ❤️“
“I’ve had the pleasure of using PAWS several times now, with increased satisfaction with every visit. The sitters are efficient and friendly, and are always reporting back. Our cats were a little freaked out by “new” people in the house, but quickly became more comfortable with each passing day. (I could see their expressions from the photos that were sent to me daily by the sitters. Initially they were a little uneasy, and then completely comfortable after a few days.). PAWS also demonstrates great Customer Service. We had a little billing snafu that was quickly corrected. I highly recommend this service for you and your fur babies!“

Dr Viney goes above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure my little girl Audie (Beagle mix) is well taken care of. Audie actually enjoys coming to the vet. “We take our kitties here. They're friendly and always helpful. I never feel I'm being rushed out if I have questions and they do offer budget friendly options for some services. They did the kidney stone surgery on one of our kitties and were great with follow up care, and they didn't "nickel and dime" us when we had to do re-checks and such. Highly recommended!“

“I have a small rescue dog, about 7 pounds, with a pervasive and recurring digestive issue. In a very short time Dr Mazukie was able to discover not only an unusual intestinal problem but also a thyroid issue. Over a very short time we were able to stabilize her but given continued treatment I’m confident that she has extended her lifespan significantly. I’m convinced that other practitioners simply wouldn’t have provided a similar outcome. I would not hesitate to select Ross Veterinarian Hospital for any pets, in my opinion you could not find better local Veterinary services.“

“The staff were excellent. I would have liked to have been notified that Dr. Seferi was no longer there. All of the prices have gone up and now you charge a sanitation fee per pet. Might have to search for a place more affordable.“
