“We are beyond thrilled with the progress our sweet, smart, nervous and fearful dog has made with the help and guidance from Victoria and her team! Her approach is calm, compassionate, thoughtful and clear. Everything is done with intention, from the structured daycare with enrichment and confidence-building opportunities, to pack walks, to purposeful downtime, along with pictures and videos of what our dog has been working on throughout the day.

Our training sessions with Victoria have been incredibly helpful. She is able to communicate and educate us in a way that helps us better understand our dog. There is time set aside to debrief after sessions, a detailed summary provided, recapping all that was practiced and how we can practice at home, as well as narrated videos that we can keep and look back at when needed. “We just started taking our Ziggy for daycare at this facility. He’s only gone 2 days but by their social media posts and how exhausted he is when he gets home, I can clearly see he has a great time and is well taken care of. The facility is clean and well kept. Their outdoor play area is big, perfect for dogs to run around. The daily special events add an extra fun touch. Prices are reasonable for what they offer and they offer ALOT. They post a ton of pictures on their social media to ease your mind. Highly, highly recommended.“

“Recently, my mother was hospitalized and needed time to recover in a skilled nursing facility. She boarded her dog, Niko, at a place in Troy close to her home. Niko has a history of seizures, and he had a small episode while he was there. The facility called to say they were not comfortable keeping him and that she needed to find alternate arrangements.

My mother was already overwhelmed with her own health issues, and the added stress of finding a safe place for Niko was heartbreaking. I immediately called PSR, and they were just as incredible as I remembered. I spoke with Lace—who also worked at the Inkster location and even remembered my long‑lost baby Bella. She went out of her way to pick up Niko herself and made sure he had a safe, secure, loving place to stay.

My gratitude for PSR runs deeper than words. They have always been the place I call “home” for my babies, and they proved once again why. “Thank you” will never feel like enough.“

“We took our cat to be cremated here. They were very professional quoted services more reasonably priced than most veternains quick service and we appreciated the velvet pouch and paw print. Would highly recomend their services they even have a cemetery on site if desired. We are going to put our kitty by the rose bushes in our yard next to the deck she loved being outside and we wanted to keep her near.
