Pet Suite Retreat is a trusted destination, providing last-minute accommodations and friendly staff. Many pets have enjoyed their stays, with activities like swimming available. The staff takes great care of the animals, alleviating owners' concerns. Cody loves Pet Suite Retreat; he is always so excited to go. Everyone is super nice. It is great for doggie daycare and super convenient when traveling. The pups absolutely love Pet Suite Retreat! They are so loving to all dogs and were very accommodating with a fearful pup.
They know my dog's name when they see him, which is not often. And it's because they love him, not because he's a problem for them! You can't get that just anywhere, so they get my repeat business.
Recently, my mother was hospitalized and needed time to recover in a skilled nursing facility. She boarded her dog, Niko, at a place in Troy close to her home. Niko has a history of seizures, and he had a small episode while he was there. The facility called to say they were not comfortable keeping him and that she needed to find alternate arrangements.
My mother was already overwhelmed with her own health issues, and the added stress of finding a safe place for Niko was heartbreaking.
