I recently went to Salon 401 to get my hair dyed and a bang trim for the very first time. I've been struggling to find a new hair stylist after mine passed away. My whole experience with this salon was fantastic. The desk contacts were friendly and welcoming and made it easy to book an appointment. They accommodated my last minute request for an appointment and were flexible with my schedule. They also asked me for photos of the hair color I was looking for to ensure they were prepared, as I'm a read head and wanted a copper color. Cristi Lopez did my hair yesterday. First time visiting this salon! This was a great environment! Very friendly staff, clean, and inviting! I had the pleasure of meeting Cristi, she took good care of me! I was a mess! And ended up there for 6 hours! She did a great job, and I looking forward to the next visit to continue the process of restoring my hair! She's working with over 10 years of hair damage on me, and now it's almost to the point you would never know! Thanks for everything! See you soon!

• The shop was clean, cozy, and smelled great.
• The staff was super friendly and helpful.
• They had a minibar for customers, which was really nice.
• I booked online for $170, but they called me right away after I booked to say there would be extra charges for my hair type. This was fair, and I ended up paying $225, which was within the price range the staff had mentioned on the phone.
• Cristi did a good job on my hair color. I really liked it. It took about five hours to do. I felt bad for booking at 3 p.m. since I didn't know it would take this long.
