“I recently went to Salon 401 to get my hair dyed and a bang trim for the very first time. I've been struggling to find a new hair stylist after mine passed away. My whole experience with this salon was fantastic. The desk contacts were friendly and welcoming and made it easy to book an appointment. They accommodated my last minute request for an appointment and were flexible with my schedule. They also asked me for photos of the hair color I was looking for to ensure they were prepared, as I'm a read head and wanted a copper color. Cristi Lopez did my hair yesterday. She was also very friendly and welcoming and we had great conversation. And MOST importantly, my hair turned out even better than I had hoped. The color is so pretty and it's a perfect balance of copper and the perfect tone of light/dark! She did EXCELLENT work. She also took time and care to make sure my bangs were exactly the length I wanted. This salon is worth checking out. They do great work and provide awesome customer service. I'll definitely be going back!”
