I was always against seeing a chiropractor, and once you go you have to keep going, or you're back isn't ever the same. However, I had sciatica recently and decided to try a chiropractor. Best move I ever made. Dr Paquin trteated me with back adjustments that worked. He knows what adjustments your body needs. Doesn't do anything you're not comfortable with, and it always feels great when he's done. I'm going once every 2 weeks, and it's up to me if I want to keep going, or not. I decided every 2 weeks, just to get a quick adjustment, and it always feels great afterward.
