They do hand shoveling, which works exceptionally well for city properties trying to work with city requirements regarding deadlines for clearing without moving snow onto a public street. They are careful regarding all the details—gates open/close after they clear the snow, their shoveling minimizes issues with ice build-up on walks/sidewalks, they are very responsive to customer questions.
