Great experience with Walton over the last year. Had them replace multiple toilets, install a tankless water heater, and most recently repair a few leaking water faucets outside. They were always professional, courteous, great craftsmanship, and prompt response even if the job was something small like fixing a few leaking bibs outside. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone in the local area.
Bill from Walton plumbing helped us out in a huge pinch. When our power went out for multiple days during the most recent serve storms, we had found out our water backup sump pump wasn’t working properly. Bill was able to come over and take a look at our pump as the water was rising in our Sump well. We had called around to a few of the “big guys” that claim to offer emergency service.
They were scheduling weeks out.

Had a clogged drain. Also turned out to need the flange and a section of pipe replaced. Bill scheduled a time for the next day, but got caught up on the job before and let me know he was behind. I don't mind that, while I wanted my plumbing working, I think it's a good sign when you have someone who will work until the job is done without trying to spin a quick fix and be off to the next job. Bill arrived, did a quick assessment and got to work. Stated the estimated price before starting. Was very professional and just did the work without complaint.
