“I called today to make an appointment for an eye exam. The first woman I spoke to I believe her name was Maryann? Very rude. Upon answering I told her I “possibly” wanted to make an appointment, really just used that word because it’s so hard to get into places anymore, and she sounded confused then asked what I wanted? So I explained I was due for an eye exam and she was like “Okay? So do you wanna make an appointment or not because you said possibly?” Not sure why I was given an attitude because obviously I want to make an appointment for an eye exam I wouldn’t have called if not..
