Very friendly and helpful staff, did a quick fix for me! While waiting, I looked around and really liked their selection of frames. Will definitely be back to buy a new pair and my family wants to get their prescription there as well now! Thanks again for the fix!
Went for the first time to the Sterling Heights address and the staff was very friendly and professional. My eye exam was very thorough and explained to me. Good frame selection and I received my glasses within a week. Never again will I go back to the chain stores that offer deals on your health (glasses).
Couple of weeks ago I fell on concrete and got my glasses bent way out of shape. The next morning I went to Miller Optical and asked if I could pay them to make my glasses so I can wear them again. They refused to be paid but they did fix my glasses for which I'm extremely grateful. Actually this happened a couple years ago also. Same situation. Friendly helpful staff
