“Very impressed with Ingram. Have a metal roof on our home and one of the valleys has been very stubborn and prone to leaks. Dealt with the original installers with repairs and it was awful, many no shows while I would take time off work just to be there and not be called in advance ether. Turns out, that company is no longer in business (shocker). Ingram was prompt and professional, shown up at the time they said they would be. Brandon identified issues in a previous repair area right away and went to work. He fabricated parts and secured the metal shingles properly, made notes of other potential areas in which he can address in the future if needed. We got a lot of rain this past weekend, and you bet I was in my attic for some time during the heavy rain, the trouble spot is dry! Well done! Thanks, Kevin Einheuser“

“On December 5th 2026, I called Richards & Swift to have someone come out and give me an estimate on a roof replacement. About 15 minutes later, I get a call from Jim Swift and he says he could come at 10:00am if I’m going to be home. Jim shows up on time and does about a 20 minute tour of my roof. He comes in and gives me a no nonsense quote of 3 prices…good, better and best depending on which shingles we decided on. A deal was made and the roof was installed 2 days later on December 7th. The dumpster, delivery of the shingles and the roofers all showed up before 8:30am. The crew worked long and hard all day and our home looks beautiful. Everything was picked up afterwards making sure it looked just as it did when they arrived. I would recommend this company with a 5 star review and would not hesitate to use them again.“
