“Individualized therapeutic Pilates in 1:1 sessions & small group sizes. The instructors have some of the highest training I have found. The Mcentire Method is about the physical but also includes the neurological issues that maybe impacting movement. I tried everything but this is the only place that helps my back pain”
“All of the staff at East Street is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Cara and Gretchen provide intense, but fun sessions that will leave you feeling accomplished with a rush of endorphins. A+, 5 stars!”
“I recently tried the intro class with Elizabeth and I really enjoyed it! Hope to be back for more classes soon! :)”
