What a wonderful experience! As someone with chronic pain I walked away feeling light as a feather. I recieved a full body massage and went to a hockey game afterwards and didn't even notice how cold it was in the rink. Simplicity really got my blood flowing. I jokingly stated, "She rolled me like a piece of dough!" Totally worth it!

I have been getting massage services from Simplicity Healing for a few years. I love going to this spa for a variety of reasons. One, the location is within the downtown Rochester retail area. Two, parking is very convenient and close to the spa. The spa environment is very peaceful, clean and the staff very professional. I have upper back issues and the staff's knowledge dealing with this particular area is a plus. Recently, I received a facial from Brenna, a year-end service I usually get since I work outside. From start to finish, Brenna did her usual great work. Thank you Simplicity Healing!
