“6/12 Friday evening at 6 the central air unit quit working. BHP thankfully had 24/7 service i called them of course I got a third party report, but she was polite and quickly got a hold of the Technician Dominik (or aka Dom) quickly. He called me within a few minutes and was able to come out with in minutes because he was leaving the office in Blissfield. Dom was very respectful and polite. He diagnosed the issue with minute and fixed plus did a little cleaning of the unit. You don't find too many respectful and polite people in this world, but Dom was really respectful and kind down to earth.“

“About 6 years ago my wife and I were referred to another HVAC guy. We used him because of word of mouth. Unit worked great and continues to work great (minus the capacitor I just replaced). Fast forward to a year or so ago, I came to know Brady with OH. He has since looked at my unit and informed me I was oversold. The unit I have could cool and heat a house over twice the size we currently have. Not a huge deal I guess except we obviously overpaid and not using all the features of the unit (i.e. 2 stage blower).

I referred Brady to multiple friends and family and all have gone with Brady/OH. He recommended units significantly smaller (and cheaper) than other companies recommendations. My families specifically have benefitted from his expertise and saved thousands of dollars in overselling.

If you have an HVAC issue, save your time and get Brady out to your house to help. He has software and numbers to back up all his recommendations, not just a guesstimate or replacing what you currently have.“

Steve came out and looked the place over, saw what our needs were, and even diagnosed an unknown issue with the HVAC system.
