I'm so grateful for Thompson's. Shannon, is awesome, Matt and Dave are so amazing, I had to wait a bit for them to come out but it was totally worth it. Kind, polite and respectful. I will recommend Thompson's to all my friends and family. Plus the lady who called to make the appointment has such a pleasant phone voice and demonor it's unreal! Gary has also come to my apartment and was able to identify and fix the problem. I'm so grateful for these guys!

JP replaced some of our water lines that had burst from this past freeze, and couldn’t recommend him enough. He was quick, but also answered all of my questions thoroughly, and patiently. Thank you again JP, you are our hero today!
