Paul and the Tempure team are seriously world class. As a church building manager with scant little experience, having a vendor like Tempure has been an advanced education experience. We needed to replace our commercial water heater, and Paul rightly steered us towards a tankless system, which actually cost less to purchase and install AND has far less operating costs. I recommend Paul to anyone who has had a bad vendor experience in the past and knows they deserve better.
