I called Glass City after another company (that had installed my system 7 years ago) gave me an absolutely absurd overpriced quote to repair my AC. My parts were under warranty but I was responsible for the labor. Glass City did a more thorough diagnosis and their quote was literally thousands less than the other company's. They replace my compressor and when the new one was bad right out of the box, they stood behind their work and estimate, got another one, and some additional parts that were needed, and completed the job. Highly recommend.
