I had interviewed and received quotes from various companies around town this summer. Overcashier was the most responsive and answered all of my questions - even after the initial estimate visit, Brady emailed me back quickly with responses to my questions. Nick and Austin were our installers and were very professional and kept all areas they were working on clean and tidy. Went over everything the day they finished the install and also took the time to answer any questions I had. I am so glad we decided to use Overcashier! Overcashier and Horst HVAC were awesome at addressing my air conditioner very quickly, especially during the heatwave! They assessed the situation, scheduled my service call, and completed the job in a very timely manner. The entire team from the office staff to the technicians to the owner were extremely professional and skilled at their jobs. The new air conditioner/furnace combo has been keeping up with the heat and humidity so much more efficiently than my old one which struggled everyday and never quite did the job. Highly recommend!!
