“Definitely the company you want to use! Cross has been my go to HVAC since I moved to Sylvania over 8 years ago. Very professional, personable, knowledgeable, thorough and honest… I could go on and on. I’ve had this experience every time I’ve connected with them. Oh, and if you can get Tucker he is the best!”
“Had a furnace and a/c installed by Derek and Jordan. Our old unit gave up the ghost and J&K had us fixed up surprising quick. Derek and Jordan were courteous and pleasant and left my basement clean. I appreciate the work you did and also to Chris for overseeing the job.
I highly recommend J&K to anyone who is in the market for new heating equipment. ??”

Representative arrived on time, Inspected and needed to replace motor. He efficiently and quickly installed furnace motor that he had since their company installed an air conditioner”
