“Paul was fantastic. No hard sell, just factual & helpful information. Very good pricing on a 50 yr Owens Corning Duration roof. Great team arrived on time and never stopped working until the roof was done. Very clean, no nails or debris in the yard. Adam the supervisor was very thorough & Pam in the office was very communicative and kept us informed through the whole process. Honest, stress-free & beautiful work.”
“Performance Remodeling was here today to take a look at our roof. Matthew gave us much needed information. He was very personable and friendly. It was as if we had known each other for a while. He was NOT pushy like others who got mad because we did not accept their offer. The experience was excellent! We spoke with Olivia who was also kind and friendly! Thank you for this service!.”
“I highly recommend this company for gutter repair and installation. They did an excellent job, and I was very happy with the quality of their work.
What impressed me even more was their customer service. An issue came up after the installation, and they were extremely responsive and made sure it was taken care of properly. They stood behind their work and genuinely cared that I was completely satisfied.
It’s easy to give good customer service when everything goes perfectly, but how a company handles a problem really says a lot. They were professional, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them”
