“I had this company do small work in my home when no one else would come out.They finished the job for a great price. A year later they installed a new roof on my home and garage. I had a cedar shakes roof under my old roof. Not one contractor would touch the roof bu Tim and his company did. They came,installed, and left with no mess. Great price with fast installation. I have since had them go and do my daughter's roof in Saint Clair Shores. The price they quoted was a lot better than anyone. My daughter was extremely happy with the company.They saved her a lot of money because other roofers wanted to add unnecessary work on the roof. Very happy with this company. Darren was on site to begin the remediation within a couple of hoursafter we called them.I attribute the quality of the work performed and the open communication we hadwith the team to Darren. This quality consisted of:1. Easy and open communication on what was going to happen, when and why.2. The removal of the baseboards without any breakage and any excessive noise.3. Building dust barriers to minimize the dust carried into other areas of our home.4. Numbering the baseboards by location for ease of reinstallation by our carpenter.5. Precise cuts in the drywall, making it easier to install the new drywall.We also observed Darren working with his team members. He told them what to do,how to do it, and why it should be done in a specific way. This demonstrated hisleadership and employee development skills.Our carpenter and drywall installers both commented that the quality of the workperformed was exceptional and it made their work much easier.We will be telling our friends that if they need any remediation work performed,they should ask for Darren.“

“Requested a quote from them and the sales guy (Jacob) was super easy to work with. They do not use any high pressure tactics. You get the best price first time around. Their price blew every other quote out of the water and they offered a better shingle and a better workmanship guarantee warranty (10yr). Much to my surprise they were at my house 2 days later installing my new roof on the house. They stripped two layers of shingle, replaced several bad decking boards I had. They do 6ft of ice and water shield. Code only requires 3ft. They made sure everything on the roof was wrapped up, secure and water tight. Then they started putting down the shingles. I mean these guys work like a well oiled machine together. This company does not subcontract out the work. The employees work for J & J. My roof on house and garage looks great, they did a good job of cleaning up. I'm super happy with this company and highly recommend them. My lesson in 2023 - lean more towards the locally owned mom and pop shops and not big box names.“
