“We recently had our roof replaced by Premier Roofing, and while the final result looks great, the overall experience left much to be desired. From the beginning, the salesman made several promises about what we could expect during the process, none of which were fulfilled. Unfortunately, Michigan's unpredictable weather struck during the project, and it poured while the shingles were off our garage. This led to damage to our garage ceiling and the garage door opener, which had to be replaced. While the team was apologetic and assured us they would take care of everything, the repair work on the garage ceiling was subpar. The drywall tape is already bubbling, and the paint job looks rushed and unfinished. It's disappointing to see such poor craftsmanship after being told things would be handled properly. It also took nearly two months after the roof was installed for someone to come by and pick up the remaining materials and collect the final payment. During that visit, the gentleman took note of our concerns and poor repair work and assured us the owner would be in touch to address the issues. That was five weeks ago, and we haven't heard a word since. At the end of the day, it feels like once they got paid, customer experience no longer mattered. If you're considering Premier Roofing, be aware: while the roof may look good, the process and follow-through might leave you frustrated and disappointed.“

He worked so well with me after he quoted and the job completely changed because of city requirements for my specific job. He and his team were extremely knowledgeable and offered great ideas and executed them! Unfortunately for us he was fixing a previous contractor’s poor job on the patio. He understood how much we paid and tried hard not to make us pay for anything we didn’t need but still fixed it and made it right!! “Miller roofing has been a very good experience for me this past weekend. It started with an honest and knowledgeable quote that was a lot better in delivery and cost than the other quotes I had received from a competitor. the start of work was within a week and on the day of the work there was issue with my roof that had the price go up due to there being more layers to remove than would have ever be expected on my flat section of roof. we discussed the extensive extra work and negotiated a very fair extension in price to get where we needed. I was very happy. later some rotted wood needed to be replaced so some additional cost that i knew up front would be needed as he quoted this very accurately. the work was done professionally and in one day. Mr. miller arrived for the final inspection at the end of the day addressed all questions and made sure the job was done to his standards he cleaned up an edge or two that he thought he could make better and he did. What a great experience. I would Highly recommend this company and will at any chance i get. thank you for a job well done!!“

“I had this company do small work in my home when no one else would come out.They finished the job for a great price. A year later they installed a new roof on my home and garage. I had a cedar shakes roof under my old roof. Not one contractor would touch the roof bu Tim and his company did. They came,installed, and left with no mess. Great price with fast installation. I have since had them go and do my daughter's roof in Saint Clair Shores. The price they quoted was a lot better than anyone. My daughter was extremely happy with the company.They saved her a lot of money because other roofers wanted to add unnecessary work on the roof. Very happy with this company. “I would definitely recommend Advance Restoration. Our basement was flooded last year and we called Advance for clean up, mitigation and rebuild. Bryan, Jillian, and Jake were all awesome to work with. The cleanup/mitigation crew were prompt and did a great job removing water and damaged materials. Advance Restoration worked with our insurance company and were able to get our basement back to great shape. Jillian ensured that all the repairs were done quickly and within budget. Hopefully we will never have an incident like this again, but I would not hesitate to call Advance Restoration if faced with a similar problem.“
