“THIS IS THE REAL PREMIER and they are solid. A canvasser came to my home looking to give a quote wearing a shirt that stated Premier. He and I then had a verbal altercation which led to me calling this company by accident. The call center was extremely kind and patient with me as I described what happened. Later in the evening, the owner took time out of his night and called me to talk about it. The entire time he was awesome and making sure that his company was doing what was right. It turns out, another company is using a similar name and causing confusion for customer. Please make sure to call this Premier, they will do right by you every time.“

“Amadio and his team are amazing!!! Started off the project messaging him from Angie’s list. He called back immediately and was over to see the job scope that same day! He worked so well with me after he quoted and the job completely changed because of city requirements for my specific job. He and his team were extremely knowledgeable and offered great ideas and executed them! Unfortunately for us he was fixing a previous contractor’s poor job on the patio. He understood how much we paid and tried hard not to make us pay for anything we didn’t need but still fixed it and made it right!! Prep work was impressive and they even came back and put down grass seed, soil and hay on worked over areas! I could have had a little more communication on what to expect and when, but that could be because I’m female and we talk too much. ? My experience with Next Exteriors by Premier Builder to replace my roof was amazingly organized, efficient, friendly and accommodating, and fairly priced. Beginning to end it was a smooth and positive experience. Paul was quick to come out for an estimate, Pam was quick to answer all of my questions and concerns, Tom was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process and was great at making sure I understood and was happy. My roof has a lot of difficult peaks and angles and the guys worked so hard all day. I can’t say enough great things about Paul and this company. “I would definitely recommend Advance Restoration. Our basement was flooded last year and we called Advance for clean up, mitigation and rebuild. Bryan, Jillian, and Jake were all awesome to work with. The cleanup/mitigation crew were prompt and did a great job removing water and damaged materials. Advance Restoration worked with our insurance company and were able to get our basement back to great shape. Jillian ensured that all the repairs were done quickly and within budget. “Miller roofing has been a very good experience for me this past weekend. It started with an honest and knowledgeable quote that was a lot better in delivery and cost than the other quotes I had received from a competitor. the start of work was within a week and on the day of the work there was issue with my roof that had the price go up due to there being more layers to remove than would have ever be expected on my flat section of roof. we discussed the extensive extra work and negotiated a very fair extension in price to get where we needed. I was very happy. later some rotted wood needed to be replaced so some additional cost that i knew up front would be needed as he quoted this very accurately. the work was done professionally and in one day. Mr. miller arrived for the final inspection at the end of the day addressed all questions and made sure the job was done to his standards he cleaned up an edge or two that he thought he could make better and he did. What a great experience. I would Highly recommend this company and will at any chance i get. thank you for a job well done!!“
