Advance Restoration
“James and Jake are absolutely fantastic to work with and are very knowledgeable! After my upstairs toilet leaked to my downstairs bathroom, they were quick to respond and help me get started on an insurance claim. They were both friendly and responsive and walked us through every step of the claim. The demo and insurance part of my claim were a breeze. It takes a while because you’re dealing with insurance but I didn’t think it was unreasonable.
I had a couple issues with the projector manager and the sub contractors they used which was escalated to the director, Erik. My issues were resolved quickly and promptly with professionalism. I hope I do not have to use this company again because I don’t ever want to have to make another insurance claim but if I need to, I’ll know who to call. My two bathrooms look better than they did before the leak. Thank you Advance Restoration!”
