“Kurt and his team were prompt and efficient. The shingles arrived the day before ready for the team. They were working by 8am and finished by 2. They was group on the ground doing cleanup at all times, while the team on the roof also got to work. It was nice to see a group of young men enjoy and take pride in their work. Getting the estimate was easy Kurt went on the roof gave an honest assessment. When the job was done went on the roof again took pictures and emailed us and asked if we had any concerns. We could not be happier with the results. We would highly recommend them without hesitation.”

Long version:
As a homeowner, when it becomes that dreaded time in which the original roof is nearing the end of its life -you start to cringe. You dread the time, the expense, and wonder where you can find a roofing company that will do a quality job. Let me recommend Masters roofing company. It was by mere chance that I came in contact with the co-owner of this well-organized and well-run company- Chandler Reno. I had been considering getting my roof done and have a unique roof situation with extreme peaks and a conical castle-like turret. By the end of our first contact, I had his business card as he explained that his company was “small“ in the sense that it was privately owned, and he prided himself in making sure that all his work, all his crews, all his customers received high-quality work with unparalleled levels of satisfaction. Later, I made an appointment in which Chandler came to our home personally. He answered both myself and my wife’s questions and was extremely patient as he worked through our concerns as we’ve had a few difficult experiences with past construction/renovation companies. Both Chandler and his partner Dario Bollini were always accessible, answered many questions and we feel went above and beyond making sure my wife and myself were 100% comfortable before we proceeded. (this included, providing addresses of homes that they had done previously with shingle choices we were interested, providing pictures of past work, using AI app to give us an idea what our rough would look like when completed, and proved their experience with doing atypical, difficult roofs, such as our own.)
They diligently worked with my homeowners insurance company and even met with the insurance roof adjuster and spent a good hour on my roof in 98° heat.
As for the project, everything proceeded like clockwork. Laura from their office called to confirm and to schedule roofing date, we were told when supplies would be dropped off and when the dumpster would be delivered. Chandler and Dario‘s crew showed up early, worked diligently, took great care in protecting vulnerable areas of my home and landscaping. They did an excellent roofing job - a very experienced crew-in a timely manner -they worked well together, like clockwork and with good communication. They finished with meticulous cleanup of any debris or discarded materials-making sure they were no nails or artifacts on my driveway and surrounding areas.
I can take a huge sigh of relief and say that this was an extremely pleasant experience with an excellent outcome. While there are so many roofing companies out there advertising incessantly -whom do you pick? Who is a good choice? I’m not a roofing expert - and hiring just any company places you at their mercy. But I can sit here and tell you that meeting Chandler that day was a true blessing and I have zero regrets, only accolades and praise for what he and his company did for us. Thank you, Chandler, Dario and everyone else at Masters roofing. Well Done!!”
