“I would definitely recommend Advance Restoration. Our basement was flooded last year and we called Advance for clean up, mitigation and rebuild. Bryan, Jillian, and Jake were all awesome to work with. The cleanup/mitigation crew were prompt and did a great job removing water and damaged materials. Advance Restoration worked with our insurance company and were able to get our basement back to great shape. Jillian ensured that all the repairs were done quickly and within budget. Hopefully we will never have an incident like this again, but I would not hesitate to call Advance Restoration if faced with a similar problem.“

“I had this company do small work in my home when no one else would come out.They finished the job for a great price. A year later they installed a new roof on my home and garage. I had a cedar shakes roof under my old roof. Not one contractor would touch the roof bu Tim and his company did. They came,installed, and left with no mess. Great price with fast installation. I have since had them go and do my daughter's roof in Saint Clair Shores. The price they quoted was a lot better than anyone. My daughter was extremely happy with the company.They saved her a lot of money because other roofers wanted to add unnecessary work on the roof. Very happy with this company. My experience with Next Exteriors by Premier Builder to replace my roof was amazingly organized, efficient, friendly and accommodating, and fairly priced. Beginning to end it was a smooth and positive experience. Paul was quick to come out for an estimate, Pam was quick to answer all of my questions and concerns, Tom was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process and was great at making sure I understood and was happy. My roof has a lot of difficult peaks and angles and the guys worked so hard all day. I can’t say enough great things about Paul and this company. “Several rows of vinyl siding blew off the second story of my home during high winds on MLK day leaving the tyvek exposed. Todd was able to temporarily reattach the siding and shoveled the heavy snow from the 2nd floor roof over my family room. He will return in the Spring to add flashing, caulk and permanently reattach the siding. Very professional, dependable, pleasant and fairly priced. I highly recommend him.“

“Amadio and his team are amazing!!! Started off the project messaging him from Angie’s list. He called back immediately and was over to see the job scope that same day! He worked so well with me after he quoted and the job completely changed because of city requirements for my specific job. He and his team were extremely knowledgeable and offered great ideas and executed them! Unfortunately for us he was fixing a previous contractor’s poor job on the patio. He understood how much we paid and tried hard not to make us pay for anything we didn’t need but still fixed it and made it right!! Prep work was impressive and they even came back and put down grass seed, soil and hay on worked over areas! I could have had a little more communication on what to expect and when, but that could be because I’m female and we talk too much. ? “THIS IS THE REAL PREMIER and they are solid. A canvasser came to my home looking to give a quote wearing a shirt that stated Premier. He and I then had a verbal altercation which led to me calling this company by accident. The call center was extremely kind and patient with me as I described what happened. Later in the evening, the owner took time out of his night and called me to talk about it. The entire time he was awesome and making sure that his company was doing what was right. It turns out, another company is using a similar name and causing confusion for customer. Please make sure to call this Premier, they will do right by you every time.“
