“Exceptional customer service. I bought a new home for my family in the summer of 2024 that had a roof put on by Weather Seal back in 2019. Once we moved in we started having a significant water leak in the roof. Knowing that it was Weather Seal that had installed I reached out to the owner Al to tell him my dilemma. He said he would look into the address to verify that it was correct and that the work was still under warranty. Well, Al was not only a man of his word and called me back. He also was a man of integrity and honored his warranty. Within a week he sent out a very professional and polite young man by the name of Joey. Joey went above and beyond. He went up on the roof identified the problem and fixed it in short order and left me with extra shingles. As for someone who was in sales for over 20 years I find it rare these days to find a company that not only stands behind their word. But also provides great customer service. “Greg did a thorough inspection and explained everything professionally but simply. A few days after I approved the estimate, Greg called and wanted to come out that day because rain was expected and I had a pretty good leak. He wanted to repair it before the rain as much as I wanted it done! I really appreciate that he was concerned about it getting worse. . They respect you as a customer and your property. The estimate was reasonable. I expected it to be more. You can't see where the repair is and I didn't have leaks after the rain. Greg and Shawn are kind and friendly but professional. I'd highly recommend Tri County to anyone and while I hope for no more roof issues, if they pop up, I'd call them again. They're good guys. Give them a call.“

“Miller roofing has been a very good experience for me this past weekend. It started with an honest and knowledgeable quote that was a lot better in delivery and cost than the other quotes I had received from a competitor. the start of work was within a week and on the day of the work there was issue with my roof that had the price go up due to there being more layers to remove than would have ever be expected on my flat section of roof. we discussed the extensive extra work and negotiated a very fair extension in price to get where we needed. I was very happy. later some rotted wood needed to be replaced so some additional cost that i knew up front would be needed as he quoted this very accurately. the work was done professionally and in one day. Mr. miller arrived for the final inspection at the end of the day addressed all questions and made sure the job was done to his standards he cleaned up an edge or two that he thought he could make better and he did. What a great experience. I would Highly recommend this company and will at any chance i get. thank you for a job well done!!“
