He worked so well with me after he quoted and the job completely changed because of city requirements for my specific job. It started with an honest and knowledgeable quote that was a lot better in delivery and cost than the other quotes I had received from a competitor. the start of work was within a week and on the day of the work there was issue with my roof that had the price go up due to there being more layers to remove than would have ever be expected on my flat section of roof. we discussed the extensive extra work and negotiated a very fair extension in price to get where we needed. I was very happy. later some rotted wood needed to be replaced so some additional cost that i knew up front would be needed as he quoted this very accurately. the work was done professionally and in one day. Mr. miller arrived for the final inspection at the end of the day addressed all questions and made sure the job was done to his standards he cleaned up an edge or two that he thought he could make better and he did.
