“After over 30 days attempting 'to resolve' an issue with my *** bifocal glasses I contacted *** corporate office ***************** They were 'indifferent' and did NOTHING. I then went to the *** website Contact Us and asked for assistance. ***** called me back and within MINUTES 30-days of frustration was resolved to my satisfaction in a civil and professional manner. Sadly in SE Michigan all to many businesses ignore customers concerns and an F BBB rating. I'd been a *** customer since **** when they were a single office in my hometown. Up til this incident I never once had a single issue with them. I am grateful I was able to connect with a *** Corporate employee who 'stepped up'. In retrospect part of the issue was the MD *** sent me to - they had not sent over their examination diagnosis and notes they had three times assured me they had, In conclusion it took from March 25 to May 3 to get a rather routine eyeglass exam satisfactorily resolved. “

“I brought my 4 year old for an eye exam because I wasn’t pleased with his first one elsewhere. They got us in almost immediately and were so incredibly friendly! The whole staff was great, especially Anne at the desk! Dr.Lawless and I believe Shayla(?) were so patient with my son who had the sillies while there. Dr.Lawless explained everything he tested and what he saw in a way that I could understand.I cannot recommend this office enough! :)“

“Everyone was great and extremely helpful. The doc was awesome and was able to point out that my script has actually been too strong (from a previous doc) so he revised it and things were crystal clear. The gentleman helping me order my glasses was also top notch. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and provided great info. Nobody tries to upsell you or force you into purchasing anything you don’t want or need. In fact, they’ll openly tell you if you should get certain upgrades and tell you the ones you don’t necessarily need and can avoid. I’m very happy with my appointment and will most definitely be returning for years to come. Also, I can’t forget the woman at the front desk - she was also top notch and helpful. If you need a new eye doc I highly suggest making an appointment, you won’t be disappointed.“

“I was very impressed with SVS vision as I checked I was told my appointment I made online was for the following week and no sooner was that said the other receptionist let us know she had just taken a cancellation and quickly put me in that slot.Also, the eye doctor was very informative and took her time answering my questions and with the exam itself.The best part to me was that I was unable due to time constraint to look at frames but did let her know what it was. I was looking for when it came to my lenses and she quickly gave me an estimate as to how much I was looking at for that particular I believe graduated bifocal lens. She let me know the price would be higher if I chose other upgrades. With that being said and done she printed me out my prescription and receipt.All in all my experience, with SVS Vision in Lenox, MI was five stars.“

“Yesterday I visited Normandy optical in Shelby Township for my annual eye check up. I absolutely love the staff and doctors at Normandy I have been a patient for about 6 or 7 years. Dr. Sesto Provides superior Doctor: patient interaction that seems to be lost among healthcare providers today. I ended up with large, gold wire Gucci frames. Who knew?!! Lisa did.“
