I was able to get a medical appointment quickly ( next morning). Everyone I came into contact with on the phone and in the facility were polite, friendly, professional!! The whole place runs like a well oiled machine!! Dr Castle was kind and thorough with my exam and explanations. I received 2 prescriptions, made my next appointment, and they even cleaned my current glasses! Great job by the whole team at Henry Ford OptimEyes on Hall Rd and Schoenherr.
Was very thankful to get a same day appointment. Was experiencing eye pain and heading into the weekend. Was treated quickly and given a diagnosis. Would highly recommend this for someone experiencing eye issues.
Your staff was professional, kind and easy to work with during the time I was there. Tracy was quite helpful as we worked through the dizzying process of choosing glasses. Comfortable process throughout my first visit to OptimEyes. Looking forward to future visits!
