“I'm a relatively new homeowner of a 95 year old, classic GR home who had a feeling I was getting manipulated by another company (Vredevoogd) regarding my slow drains. They came over, looked at the pipes in the basement, and told me the only solution was an 11 THOUSAND dollar full system replace. I called Mike from Wasko out as a second opinion and he had the entire system snaked, cleaned, and working beautifully in 30 minutes for $200. He even repaired my slow flushing toilet without me remembering to mention it. I'm thrilled and would recommend this company 1,000 times over.“

“After reading the posted reviews I felt I should relate my past experience with GEM construction. About three winters ago we had a strong winter storm come thru and blew the cover to my solar light off. Not knowing who to call I ended up calling GEM construction and spoke with Gary Moody. Within an hour he was at my house and up on the roof. I have a 10/12 pitch on the roof and he was up there with the help of one of his assistants. I found the cover and he replaced and secured while here. On another time (about a year ago) I hired him to replace a service door to my garage and he did a great job. One other time within the past two years I had an issue with a vent to my attic and he responded and took care of the problem. Very happy with his response and work.“

We bought a new single wide on land (the people who put it there decided they wanted something bigger so they never moved in), and the first time it rained after we moved in, one of the bedroom windows leaked. It was obviously not installed correctly. I know people who've had gutters installed by AGS so I called and requested a quote. Got one within a week, and the price was very reasonable. We don't need gutter-guard because we have no trees near our house. Our gutters were installed a week or two later and that window has never leaked since! Best investment in this house. It's also protected our concrete walkway and prevented water from getting in between the siding of our house. “Chapton Construction was the first contractor I contacted that actually got back to me in a quick and timely manner. While others took days/weeks to respond, Chapton replied within minutes/hours. I shopped around and his estimates were lower than other quotes. I decided to go with Chapton based on reviews. I'm glad I did. After my garage was built, I went out to find someone to build my driveway. A few quotes later and I hired Chapton again. After the driveway was done, I asked for a quote on siding to match the garage and we agreed that his company would also be hired for my siding. He even went above and beyond to help with the odd sizing of the soffit put together by the previous owner. This was all done in a few months. I'm happy with his work and have not had an issue yet!“
