Custom caulking did a great job of selecting an appropriate caulk color to match my stucco and brick. I had them replace some exterior sealants around the house. Excellent curbing and finish work.
We contacted them a year ago to caulk the concrete joints around our pool. The scheduling was very easy, the employees on site were very polite and professional, and they did an excellent job. A few days over the year warranty, we noticed some caulking, pulling away from the edges in a few spots.
We contacted the company via email and they replied within a day or two informing us that they would be scheduling a crew to come out and make the repairs. The crew that came out, reviewed the areas in question and made the decision that it would be best to remove the caulking on that joint, and replace it with new, over just resealing the separated areas.
