“I had one of the best experiences in this office The doctors and staff are beyond amazing, very kind and empathetic. They take everything you say seriously. They do extensive testing if needed. I had a headache in my left eye with some vision loss. After all the test, even after they closed, the doctor remained to not only call my PCP, but to give me all of my test results and tell me which is the best hospital to go to right away to get a diagnosis and see what’s going on, So it can be treated immediately. I originally went to the emergency room to have it looked at, and it was just dismissed. With all the test results and the doctors concern, it Scared me honestly but with his help the next hospital did take it seriously I did get extensive testing and found out I have ms. I would definitely recommend this facility to any and everyone. My headache is finally dulled And my vision is coming back. I’ve been in the hospital for five days, but things are looking up“

“I saw Dr Diskin today for eye irritation from drywall dust. I had blisters on inner rims of eyelids that I had removed myself. He had never heard of something like that so I did some investigating myself. I found pictures and a diagnosis. Meibomian gland dysfunction. I have posted a picture of them so Dr Diskin can see what they look like. It's a real thing. I just wanted him to know .“

“My doctor was Dr. Finley, she's the best! She re-examined my eyes after I already had my glasses done in April. I couldn't see well with the reading portion, and just gave up and used my old glasses. My wife told Susan about it and she recommended I bring them back in, which I did. They got me in to see Dr. Finley that day and she finely tuned my prescription with perfection! I'm finally very happy with my prescription thanks to Dr. Finley! Great service overall!“

“Dr. Lim is great. The tech the last time I was there changed my one eye to a lower power. When picking up my glasses I couldn't wear them because the power was wrong. So back the next day to see Dr Jack to get the prescription right. Now I have to wait and go back again when the new glasses are in. Even tho the tech I had was very nice, they need a little more of a trained person to check your eyes.“

“I just moved to Sterling Heights and found Miller Optical just by a quick browse of eye care places near me. I am so glad I chose their team to help me and I am beyond impressed by their friendliness and overall above and beyond service.

I came to them because my sunglasses (over a year old, but barely used) totally fell apart at random. One of the screws came lose and part of it was actually still lodged inside of the fitting. I wasn't sure when I was going to be able to see my original eye care center where I purchased the sunglasses, so by curiosity I stopped by just to see what they could do.

They were actually able to get the screw out and fix and clean my sunglasses the day of and did not charge me anything, which I was really happy and thankful for.

Not only that, but I had sent my Mom to pick up the glasses as I was tied up during their normal business hours. She had briefly mentioned to them that her glasses needed to be tightened and they gladly offered to help her on the spot.

I am beyond happy with the efforts of Miller Optical's team and the care they gave in helping me. I will definitely be visiting them again whenever I have future eye care needs!“
